"From my front door in Brendonshire I can be
Downtown in 20 minutes
Carmel in 20 minutes
Fountain Square in 15 minutes
SoBro 15 minutes
Broad Ripple in less than 20 minutes
Fort Ben for a hike in 10 minutes
Brendonshire is close to work and everywhere I want to be!"
"The homes in Brendonshire were built for families. They are large and sit on good-sized lots. Many homes have pools. I feel we got a lot more for our money in this neighborhood compared to others in Indy. A sound long-term investment."

Brendonshire residents enjoy the secluded feel of the neighborhood with the whole family.
Every hour of the day, you will find residents out for a leisurely stroll or walking their dogs.

Many fitness-minded residents also bike, train, or jog around the circular drive which makes up the neighborhood. It's an easy oval (Hedgerow Dr. to 52nd Place to Hawthorne Dr. and back to Hedgerow Dr.) that's a little less than a mile around.
Brendonshire is part of the Millersville community. Millersville, one of Indianapolis’ first suburbs, is now part of the city of Indianapolis, spanning more than 30 neighborhoods and 50 businesses, schools and churches.
